Cephalos The Cold, Deep Sea Deep Freeze

Because there isn't really an ice character where Blaze is a fire character, I created Cephalos to fill the gap. Bark and Heavy Shinobi won't do.

Like my OCs before him, he is inspired by a DBZ character. Creative, I know. Cephalos is based on Frieza? Well, he's based on the Frieza form based on the alien Xenomorph. That, along with his ice theme, is where the similarities end. He's no genocidal, egocentric space emperor that sips fruit juice from a wineglass as he finger blasts a planet to death.

With his tentacles, Cephalos can hang on walls and ceilings. Cold air also flows out of his suction cups. He can freeze water to make stuff like a massive sword or a surfboard to cross various bodies of water. He can freeze the moisture in the air, but the resulting item breaks almost instantly. It'll come in handy as a quick distraction if all else fails.

The name Cephalos is derived from cephalopod. Cephalos bears elements from different squids and octopi, you know, cephalopods. The Cold is pretty on the nose, so I'm not going to elaborate on that. I did decide to go with 'Species the Trait' rather than the usual 'Trait the Species' to change it up a bit. Miles 'Tails' Prower isn't called Tails the Fox after all, the first of Sonic's allies.
