A couple of Pokémon that are at their best when together. Plusle and Minun show some similarity to Pichu, probably so that they can be the popular Pokémon representing the 3rd generation.

Moveset:

B: Spark:
A continuous spark is released, similar to Bowser's Fire Breath, only it's electric element. The range is quite short at start, but is doubled when Minun is still in play.

Side B: Tackle:
A short, head-first dash that damages enemies on contact. This counts as a recovery move. It's shorter than most Side-B recoveries, but distance is doubled when Minun is in play.

Up B: Quick Attack:
Self explanitory. Without Minun, Plusle can only use 1 dash instead of 2.

Down B: Thunder Wave:
An electric field covers Plusle for a split second. Enemies caught in the field are stunned for a short time. The just covers Plusle's body, but is 1.5 times bigger when Minun is in play.

Final Smash: Super Thunder:
An extremely powerful Thunder that passes through anything and goes on until it disappears down offscreen. The range is twice as wide as Pikachu's regular Thunder. When Minun is in play, Minun will also execute Super Thunder.

Taunt 1: Plusle and Minun touch eachother with their tails, creating a weak current that makes a crackling sound.
Taunt 2: Plusle and Minun highfive.
Taunt 3: Plusle and Minun rub their noses together.
Extra Taunt: When Minun is out of play, all taunts are replaced with a sighing, down-looking Plusle.

Intro: Two Pokéballs. Need I say more?
Stats: Exactly like Pichu's in Melee, without the self-damaging. Minun follows Plusle around, but doesn't attack. Instead, Minun uses Helping Hand when Plusle uses a special attack. Minun is able to use Quick Attack when required, like training opponents that don't attack. Minun raises his right paw when using Helping Hand, but also uses it when he's in mid-air or "unable to attack", though doesn't show any sign of it then.
